CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR

FTE (1) SCHEDULE: M-F, 8am-5pm; Hybrid is an option, if preferred. Estimate 3 days a week in-person will be required to be effective. 0840-8 Hour Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week

The Construction Coordinator supports the environment for the safe delivery of health care services, and helps maintain a safe environment for patients and employees. The Construction Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supervising the planning and safe implementation of projects assigned to the department. The scope of projects include remodel work, small construction, Utility System improvements, technology coordination projects (Nurse Call, RTLS, Security Access/ Video, etc...). Medical Equipment improvements/ replacements, environmental sustainability and energy conservation

Required qualifications:

• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information

• 2 years Hospital Based Project Oversight and Management experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or Project Management in areas of Construction, Architecture, Security Services, Biomedical Services and Engineering

• 5 years Project Management in areas of Construction, Architecture, Security Services, Biomedical Services and Engineering
